Zen is the best real estate agent I have worked with! She has excellent knowledge of the ABCs of selling a house. Before her first appointment with me to discuss the process of listing my property, Zen came in well prepared with a well researched comparative marketing analysis (CMA) of all the houses in my area.

Furthermore, Zen made sure my house was not only properly priced but also made it her personal project to make my house the most attractive property in my neighborhood. Zen took it upon herself to carefully stage my home and even hired a team of reliable yet reasonably priced contractors to spruce up my property under a specified low-cost budget. My house changed and even upstaged the rest of the properties in the neighborhood that were also on the market. As a result, Zen was able to sell my house within 3 days despite of the weaking housing market condition. Zen also made sure that we had back up contracts in case the first contract did not go through. (At the time I was selling the house, there were three other houses in the neighborhood which have been on the market for months.) Now a couple of my neighbors, having witnessed the whole thing, have also expressed interest to employ her services when they eventually decide to put their house on the market.

Comparing my experience with other real estate agents, I find Zen to be very responsive and proactive. She also keeps me completely informed, and follows through to ensure that everything goes well. She was also able to save me a great deal of money!

We decided to sell our townhouse last Spring. Since we already had a contract to purchase a new home it was very important to us that we sell our place quickly. We knew we needed an experienced realtor to help us because comparable houses in our area were sitting on the market for a long time. We interviewed three different realtors and Zendle Carague was clearly the best choice for us.
